Innastik's Bubble Pop

Privacy Policy & Terms of Use

Effective date: September 16, 2026

Application covered: Innastik's Bubble Pop (com.rnazarov.bubblepop) for iOS and Android

Contact: [email protected]

The short version. Bubble Pop is a puzzle game that runs on your device. The only things that ever leave it are a randomly generated ID the app creates for itself and your game progress — which levels you have finished, your stars, your score and your coins — stored on our own server so you can move to a new phone without losing it. We show no advertising, include no analytics or tracking SDKs of any kind, and do not sell or share your data with anyone. We never ask for your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos or location, and the app cannot read them. If you play an online match, your moves pass through our server while the match is running and are not kept afterwards.

Please read this document before installing. By installing or using Bubble Pop, you agree to it. "We", "us" and "our" mean the developer of Bubble Pop; "the app" means the Bubble Pop iOS and Android application and the servers it connects to.

Part I — Privacy Policy

1. What We Collect and Why

Two things, and nothing else:

WhatWhyWhere it goes
A randomly generated ID — a string of random characters the app creates on your device the first time it syncs. It is not your device's serial number, advertising ID or any other identifier issued by your phone or by Apple or Google. So the server knows which saved progress is yours when you come back. Our server
Your game progress — which levels you have completed, how many stars each one earned, your total score, and the coins you have earned and spent. So you can restore your progress on a new or reset device using a recovery code. Our server

Your settings, sound preferences, language and power-up inventory stay on your device and are not uploaded.

2. What We Do Not Collect

We want to be specific rather than vague, because the list is short and it is the whole truth:

3. Online Multiplayer

Online matches are optional. While a match is running, your moves are relayed through our server to your opponent so both screens stay in step. Those messages describe the game — which bubble was fired, where it landed — and are not stored once the match ends. Players are identified to each other only by the random ID described above; there are no usernames, profiles or chat.

4. Notifications

If you allow notifications, the app may schedule a single local reminder to come back after four days away. It is generated and delivered by your own phone. No push notification is sent from our servers, and no push token is collected. You can refuse the permission or turn notifications off in the app's settings at any time, and the game is fully playable without them.

5. Third Parties

None receive your data. The app is built with open-source software (React Native, Expo, Skia and similar libraries) that runs inside the app and sends nothing anywhere. The only server the app talks to is ours.

If you tap a link to one of our other apps, your browser or app store opens that page, and from that point their own privacy policy applies. We do not pass anything to them about you.

6. Permissions

The app requests notifications only, and only when it is about to schedule the reminder described above. Everything else the game needs, it already has by virtue of being an app on your phone.

7. Data Retention and Deletion

8. Data Security

Traffic between the app and our server is encrypted in transit. No system is perfectly secure, but the practical protection here is how little there is to lose: the server holds a random string and a list of level scores, and nothing that identifies you as a person.

9. Children's Privacy

Bubble Pop is suitable for all ages and contains no advertising, no purchases, no chat and no user-generated content. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, children included — the app has no way to enter any. If you believe a child's personal information has somehow reached us, contact us and we will remove it.

10. Changes to this Privacy Policy

If the app's data practices change, this page is updated and the effective date at the top changes with it. Material changes will be described here rather than made quietly.

Part II — Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing or playing Bubble Pop you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not install or play it.

2. Licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and play Bubble Pop on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial use. The game, its artwork, levels, sounds and code remain ours.

3. Acceptable Use

Please do not modify, decompile or reverse-engineer the app, tamper with its saved data or our servers, use automated tools to play, or attempt to disrupt other players' matches. We may stop serving a device that does.

4. Coins and Power-Ups

Coins, power-ups and other in-game items are part of the game. They cannot be bought with real money, have no monetary value, and cannot be exchanged, sold or refunded. They may be adjusted, rebalanced or reset as the game is updated.

5. Progress and Availability

We try to keep saved progress safe and the servers running, but we cannot guarantee either. Progress may be lost through device failure, uninstallation, or a fault on our side, and the online features may be unavailable at times or withdrawn. Treat your progress as a game, not as property.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent the law allows.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the app, including lost progress or lost time. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

8. Termination

You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend access to the online features for a device that breaches section 3.

9. Changes to these Terms

These terms may be updated; the effective date at the top will change when they are. Continuing to play after an update means you accept the revised terms.
